[PDM Content & Asset Management] Approach, Governance , Tooling

Following up the discussion with James and Nish we would like to raise an idea related to the risk about content and asset management. As for now in case of any changes in content [e.g. new delivery standards] Technology practice teams are just informed about the fact that some content changes will happen. Moreover, there is no instrument to check the impact, add & remove content & assets [including mapping] as excel document that Global Content team can prepare takes few days to prepare. It will be good to have a tool that allows to have access to content that e.g. Salesforce Working group can maintain and be able: to add/change/map L5-L6 and assets. Also, it will be good to have Global Technology practices included into new content release review [as some changes have impact on Tech Practices delivery approach].
