[PDM Scoping] While de-selecting Deliverables, delivery plan expands

Current state: While working on scope in Concourse, I want to de-select some of the Deliverables with all of their tasks and subtasks. I pick the option to view delivery plan by Deliverables, and collapse the list as I want to work with Deliverables only - I don't need to pick any of the items below Deliverable. If I deselect any of the Deliverables, the whole list automatically expands showing full list of Tasks and Sub-tasks for the whole scope.
Expected behavior: I'd like to have the possibility to work with Deliverables only, so I'd like the delivery plan not to expand when I deselect any of the Deliverables.
