At this moment, Japanese translation include some interpretation mistake and we need to improve several times.
Every time GPT Japanese translation is upgraded, we would prefer to update the translation on JIRA screen in existing workspace. Because we optimize and finalise the scope on JIRA (which is originally extracted from Concourse, but we will add Tasks and sub-Task on JIRA which are not currently covered in PDM). It is very annoying to create new Workspace and scrutinize the newer WBS for better Japanese translation.
Hello Hisae, thank you for submitting this feedback. At this time, we will not be supporting an ongoing sync to Jira Cloud. Scope and therefore the translation of the scope are locked at the time of the activation. In the future, scope iterations (ability to add scope) could support getting newer content and translation.
