PDM Process Improvement: Changes to the activated Scope

Hi Team,
very often we are working in phased approach where we would like to continue project delivery on the same Jira Cloud project, without recreating project scope in Concourse as brand new engagement.

During the Global Trainings multiple participants raised the need to be able to add / remove scope from the scope as standard change management process.

In case of removal: Items can be removed from Jira Cloud - it should be fine.

In case of scope adding: it is quite important to have additional PDM related content added if some additional Delivery Standard content or offering Content has been added to the scope [that is not possible to from Jira Side manually]. PDM Content means to have access to assets, automations, etc.
