Hi Team,
Based on discussion with some territories, we received the feedback that territories are happy to use PDM as methodology [not as full package as Delivery Excellence including tooling Concourse and Jira Cloud]. At the same time, PDM is 100% connected to Concourse and there is not possibility to use full range of AIRE framework+structure for Salesforce projects with all Assets without usage of Concourse.
Our stakeholders are using for the opportunity to use PDM as methodology for Salesforce Projects without using PwC Concourse and Jira.

Here we have additional interesting feedback after discussion with PDM SF Sponsors:
majority of our projects are brown field projects - that means that client has their own delivery tool and using PwC Jira will be quite rare. At the same time project teams need to have proper access to assets [primarily AI solutions and templates] that technically requires to have PwC Jira in place.
As an idea: we need to rethink delivery process and PDM as AI project delivery model and avoid limitations of using it linked to some specific PPM [e.g. Jira].
Hello, thank you for the submission. While Concourse is the home to scoping with the PwC Delivery Methodology, there is work being done in support of this request. We are currently working on the ability to export the Scope and will also be working on additional Client-side enablement efforts.
As we progress on those efforts, the Product Manager will reach out for your input.
This is super important to us! A lot of customers - if not all - have their own agile tool-set, so they don't jump on PDM-Jira. BUT: We still should all be aligned on PDM as a methodology and leverage the assets as a way to enhance quality, speed up projects and reduce risks.
So PDM & Assets are a must have, Concourse-Jira is optional
