When activating JIRA Cloud on Concourse, it takes at least 20 minutes, and in some cases, up to an hour. This delay causes bottlenecks in project initiation tasks. Therefore, we request improvements to ensure that the activation process completes more quickly.
Thank you for your feedback, we are continuously improving our activation process, we anticipate the setup time to go down in the next few months, but we are unable to get it down to a few mins as the whole process is a multi-step process from creating the project, setting up the template, adding users and then pushing the delivery map data into jira. Very valuable feedback and be rest assured we are on it.
