Add a clear message in the system to flag that the territory needs to match the engagement lead location. With the territory field now automatically populating there is a risk that some teams won't adjust this to ensure it matches the engagement lead so a call out or a statement could help avoid this
We're pleased to share that this enhancement has been released. Concourse now validates territory alignment when assigning an Engagement Leader, preventing assignments where the Engagement Leader's territory does not match the workspace territory.
