Estimation in Scoping | Estimation Landing Page

Determine if/how we want to design the transition between scoping and estimation.

In other words, after a user leaves the Delivery Plan page and before the first estimation step (likely Drivers or Work Item Assignment), consider building a landing page that informs the user on various details about the estimation model in use and the steps to expect.

Likely not in scope for the POC work we are doing, but important to consider from a UX perspective
