Concourse & Jira Cloud Portal
As a engagement manager, or user assigned a particular engagement role with authority, I should be able to create a 'Workstream' inside of Jira Cloud (i.e., without leaving Jira Cloud; without having to go to Concourse > Settings > Workstream > Create > Name Workstream > Assign Workstream Members)
I should be able to access an area inside of Jira Cloud that allows to add/edit/remove workstreams, or IDEALLY I should be able to type a new workstream name into the 'Workstream' field in Jira Cloud to create a new workstream.
I would like to revert my comment below. Right now once you add workstream in Concourse [Settings], it appears in Workstream dropdown automatically. For SF practice it works as expected.

It will be also nice to have the possibility to create the workstream in Concourse and sync up it with Jira Cloud.
