Add “Zigzag Line” (Progress Variance Visualization) to Gantt Chart in JIRA Cloud

I would like to request the addition of a “Zigzag line” feature to the Gantt chart in JIRA Cloud, which visually represents the variance between planned and actual schedules.

This feature is extremely useful in project and task management, as it allows users to instantly grasp whether progress is on track, delayed, or ahead of schedule. Especially in projects with multiple parallel tasks, visualizing schedule variance helps facilitate faster and more informed decision-making.

In Japan, a widely used project management tool called Redmine includes this "Zigzag Line" feature as a standard part of its Gantt chart (refer to the attached file), and it has received positive feedback from users. Implementing a similar feature in JIRA Cloud would greatly enhance usability and enable more intuitive and efficient project tracking for a broader range of users.
