Deselection / Selection based on filtering

Hi Team,

I believe we need two additional features:

1. Possibility to select or deselect items based on filters and level. E.g. I would like to filter: all Program Management Building Block, non mandatory L5s. Currently I need to this activity manually [that is highly time consuming]. If we have the possibility to select all / deselect all it will be significant improvement for users.

2. Information about L1-L6 [counts should have 3 layers]:

   1. Total amount of items based on selected building blocks and teams [L1-L6]

   2. Total amount of selected items [L1-L6]

   3. If filtering to see the same information as above but for filtered section. [e.g. 30 out of 60 L5s total \ 15 out of 30 selected]
