Auto-Refresh Attachment List When New Files Are Added Merged

Enhance the 'Send to Save It' Forge app so that when a user adds a new attachment to a Jira issue, the app automatically refreshes its attachment list. This ensures users immediately see new files without needing to manually refresh the issue or the app.

Put Simply:
Show new attachments in the app instantly after they’re added, without needing to refresh.

“When I load the send to save it app, then I add an attachment, I have to refresh the issue to see the attachment in the send to save it forge app. Ideally, the event of adding an attachment could do a refresh and I could see new files as I’m interacting with the issue in jira.”
