Concourse & Jira Cloud Portal
Users have stated that there needs to be better communication and visual cues post-scope activation to know how and when they can access Jira Cloud once provisioned. The Jira Cloud onboarding email is the correct form of communication to users but it should be tweaked to add more context - something along the lines of "Your Concourse delivery plan is now provisioned in Jira Cloud for [Name of Jira Cloud Engagement]".
