Oracle PDM content feedback

From Yun Xi Beh who tested the Oracle content:

1. Align

   1. Plan - Would be good if there can be more detailed steps tied to the local territory around project compliance

   2. Define - listed activities generally applicable

      1. Strategy and op model activities scope generally different from the activities that will be included in Oracle implementation. E.g. Portfolio analysis, pricing analysis, go-to-market strategy

2. Innovate

   1. Release development

      1. Generally we will do Level 4 process flow for Oracle ERP (with reference to P1 activities)

   2. Would prefer more detailed selection of the modules, as there are many modules not in use, e.g. Workforce health, Journeys, etc

   3. UAT kickoff not included under UAT activities currently

   4. Perform defect remediation seems to be repeated, there a standalone task, as well as in the UAT / SIT tasks

   5. Data migration rehearsals for P2, SIT, UAT is missing

3. Release

   1. Production configuration and setup, and prod data migration seems to be missing here?
