Put Simply: Users review and select/input driver values, with dropdown options/defaults pre-filled from configuration and visibility into how each driver affects the estimate. (future)
Acceptance Criteria:

Users enter values for program variables and work item drivers/variables
Each driver includes user-editable input fields (e.g., numeric value, drop-down selection)
Default values are pre-populated based on admin configuration
Driver types support uplift, duplication, and other adjustment methods as configured.
Only drivers applicable to the scoped offering and estimation model are shown.

The UI clarifies how each driver impacts estimation (e.g., uplift %, duplication logic).
This work is being considered as part of the new ePro strategy and will be incorporated into the official ePro rebuild.
