Intelligent Scoping: Retry option without recreating scope

Description: Currently, once a scope is generated and accepted, users cannot rerun the AI without starting over. Provide an option to “retry” or “regenerate” from the same input.

Benefit: Reduces friction and speeds iteration for tuning recommendations.
