Clicking the PwC logo in the Scoping Wizard does not redirect to the home page

Actual Result:

Clicking on the PwC Concourse logo does not redirect the user to the home page from the scoping wizard. Instead, it redirects to an empty page.

Expected Result:
Clicking on the PwC Concourse logo should redirect the user directly to the home page with all details visible.
