Improve site responsiveness

Put simply:

In order to support users on all platforms, we need to revisit how our site scales at different resolutions and review the breakpoints we've identified.

Why it matters:

• Improves usability: Users should be able to view and interact with all content without needing workarounds.

• Reduces user frustration: Scrolling or zooming unnecessarily adds friction.

• Supports accessibility: Responsive design and viewport-aware sites are key for screen readers, keyboard navigation, and mobile users.

• Prevents form errors: Users may miss required fields or action buttons if they’re not visible.

What's needed:

• Work with UX to identify the key areas we need to improve

• Review breakpoints and any UI components that aren't performing as well as we'd like

• Implement fixes in the UI to address any issues
