June 2025 UAT - Create a new workspace - Scope with PDM has an outdated definition

The description for scope with PDM refers to building blocks which are being removed with Offerings. Therefore, it shouldn't be included in the description.

I would change the description to:

For client engagements, leverage PwC's global, standardized approach for delivering high-quality results for our clients by creating customized delivery plans.

FYI- L4 "deliverables" has been renamed as Engagement Artifact or Event and "deliverable" is a type underneath.
