Add to scope button does not further allow me to see the deliverable details. All is see are the titles of the deliverables with no ability to see what they are all about, how many work items / tasks are underneath, etc.
What Ritu said is true. It's also true that the UI won't support opening individual Work Item details until you're in the Delivery Plan review step on the left nav.

The offering detail panel, also shows tasks and subtasks under the deliverable. This could be a data issue in stage. Stage data is not accurate
