Currently, the offerings have a link and a button to "add scope". Both go to the break out of the offering's details. I think only the offering link should show this panel and the add scope button should select without showing to save clicks. Otherwise, the user has to do 2 clicks every time. If they want the details, they can click the link.
Also ability to multiple select offerings at once on right side.
It is making the users click twice to add or remove the scope. They are clicking on "add scope" or "remove scope" which opens the right panel to actually add or remove the scope. Maybe add and just show what that scope entails.
