AI Agent for exploring potential future work

As a program, we have been focusing on scoping. An area to explore is whether we can support in identification of new work. We could build an agent to see based on the various engagements related to one client whether is a gap in the workstreams. This data can come from the industry, assessing the ERP (if it is an ERP), or new modules/capabilities that are related to the offering that were not discussed previously. Could also use metadata from the engagement (maybe a mention in notes for user interview, or deliverables for "future opportunities". Having to go back and think through what new additional scope could be would be a lot easier when there is already a recommendation of ways we can continue to provide servides.
