Enable Access to Automations while disabling Slack

Put Simply:
Users currently see the option to connect Jira projects to Slack channels, but this feature is not supported or governed in our delivery environment. It should be removed or disabled to prevent confusion, misconfiguration, and unsanctioned use of communication integrations.

Why It Matters:

• Reduces confusion: Prevents users from attempting to set up integrations that aren't supported, which often results in frustration or IT requests.

• Improves governance: Avoids creation of unsanctioned Slack connections that could lead to security risks, information leakage, or delivery fragmentation.
