Cannot Reupload File from SharePoint after Deletion

I have a Concourse 2.0 Basics workspace and have noticed that, when I deleted a file from the "FIles" tab on Concourse 2.0 that was previously uploaded from SharePoint, the system will not let me upload that same file (from that same location) again. For context, I tried to do so since I forgot to click on "Save It" toggle, but it did not seem to work when I did so.
