As a user I need to be able to quickly scope my engagement workspace and to simplify this process would like to be able to select / deselect an entire L1 or L2 as needed.
For Phase 0, it will fasten the task to deselect nodes that aren't relevant.
Ability to deselect when SCOPING at L1 (Align, Release, Innovate, Evolve) - project was scoping for Phase 0 only and needed to manually deselect all R, I, E.
is there an update on this request?
We need the possibility to have massive selection or deselection for L1-L6 to quicker shape the scope. E.g. for salesforce project from 618 deliverable we need to deselected more than 500 manually. Too issues now: long processing time, high possibility to make the mistake.
Thanks for this feedback. This idea is in the middle of discussions already. We hope to provide follow up on the outcome of those conversations in the near future.
Right now Managed Serivces is seeing Align, Innovate, and Release activities due to the Program and Quality Building Blocks that don't apply to us. It adds a whole bunch of L4s-L6s that do not apply and confuses users.
