In the files section there is no structure, it is just a list. I can imagine that if you have a lot of files it can become confusing. Nice to have a way to structure this with folders, tags or filters. Currently you can only filter on the file type.

Please note that there is the ability to search for files, sort, as well as change the view (default, grid and list view). All files are also saved on the associated SharePoint space which has additional features for organizing.
