Please update the Technical Support from the Help and Training icon within a Concourse 2.0 workspace to directly link to the proper Service Hub page for Concourse support tickets.
This has been resolved with a recent release. If still having an issue, please submit a Service Hub ticket ensuring the Business Service is set to Concourse.
