In Concourse 1.0, there was a facility where a team could request an extract of a delivery map. That extract would show the applicable structure and assets for the delivery map.
Is there a facility available in Concourse 2.0 that can provide an extract of structure and assets? Example, for SAP: I would like to extract the SAP view of the PDM WBS (but only the deliverables, tasks, sub-tasks that SAP would typically select and want to see. so it would not be the full WBS). James created this view in a workspace for the SAP team, but they want to view it in Excel.
The Concourse team can today provided a asset listing to deliverable mapping, but that does not show the rest of the relevant PDM structure where there are no assets mapped. (i,e. where there are asset gaps)
Is this something that can be requested and created? What would the possible turn around time be for such a request?
The December 2024 Release (notes can be found here once posted) includes a new feature to Explore PDM which allows users to view the various components of PDM. However, this does not include the ability to export to Excel. Currently the only option would be to create a workspace and leverage the Download to Excel feature from any standard report, additional information can be found here.
