Unable to attach Sharepoint item to a work item

Hi Katie, no it is client visible work item. Can't attach sharepoint file in workstream files in plan item even though it is external facing

Can you share if the work item type you are in is Internal? Files in Shared Files are client visibile and thus can't be added to an internal work item.
