Not able to move tasks in concourse

Me and my team members do not have the ability to move tasks in Concourse. After contacting support, they said that due to the workspace being a PDM workspace, the ability to move tasks around has been removed.

We need this feature, as currently if we want to move a task, we're forced to delete the task, and then remake it where we want the task to be.
