Ability to see status/percent complete rollup of work items at the Stage Level. Both Concourse workspace views and BI reporting

Users would like the ability to see the percent complete of work items at the Stage level. Right now it is limited to the Deliverables level. Ideally, this would need to be available at both the workspace level within the Deliverables tab and available in the BI data set for reporting.
