Flexibility with defining values in the Escalation Level Field

While PwC looks to guide clients consistently to use a similar governance model from project to project as we've seen what works best, often times we will have to defer to client requirements where they would like to have additional levels of governance. Such is the case for the escalation level field especially due to the integration with Jira. It would be ideal if this field could be modified to allow additional levels as dictated by project needs. Because of the Jira integration this field can not be modified which requires us to resort to either not using this field altogether in Jira in lieu of a different field which is not ideal for consistent dashboard / field usage reporting.
