Currently, the Concourse send onboarding email with a standard template. It would be great if we can customize the onboarding email based on their role, Concourse maturity, location(US member vs. AC member), so that we can deliver more targeted message and generate more impact.
Natasha, would you mind providing some background context on the need for these custom notifications? Do you have an example in mind? What has been the user feedback you have received and how will this help adoption?
