Convert checklist item to subtask

If something changes scope, complexity, or level of effort it would be good to be able to promote it from a checklist item to a task/subtask.

This Idea is in relation to our native PMO pages in Concourse which we are no longer supporting. We are currently working on a migration plan for teams with active projects to move to Jira Cloud. Please be on the lookout for the migration communications so you can use the Delivery features found in Jira Cloud.

Hey Paul! Thanks for the idea! I've assigned this to our team that focuses on the Deliverables page, thanks again!
