Context Info for deliverable/task/sub-task, including additional information describing that element (for PDM)

As an internal user, when I click on any deliverable/task/sub-task, I will be directed to additional information that describes that element including a description, purpose, teams involved in completing and their role, dependencies, predecessors, digital assets/accelerators, templates, samples, etc.

Reason: For user to better understand the usage of that deliverable/task/sub-task
