Currently, the Workstreams are displayed in the order they were entered. On large projects like Oracle implementations we can have a lengthy set of values. Easier for team and client users in Jira to find the workstream if they are sorted A-Z. Yes, I know someone can start typing in the field and the cursor will jump to it - still, that's not intuitive to people. A-Z is also more logical and aesthetically looks organized.
