I receive the following message on manually created internal deliverables and tasks when clicking on them "There was a problem fetching this deliverable." I have full access permission to the concourse workspace.

The team is currently actively working on this issue and a solution should be out in the coming days. Also, this issue specifically affects workspaces that were created since last Thursday, and were created using the "Practice Teams" selection rather than "Integrated Solutions."
