Admin Portal: Duplicate error message should mention the nature of duplicacy

As an Admin Portal user, I would like to understand where the asset duplicacy lies -- Is it a duplicate asset name (with different url) or a duplicate asset url (with different asset name). Including "asset name is duplicate" or "asset url is duplicate" will help.
