Admin Portal: Provide an ability to search assets by url

As an admin portal user, i would like the ability to search assets by url so that I can easily see if there are assets with this url. currently, the error message in AP tells the user there is a duplicate asset but doesn't tell me which asset. providing the ability to search by url will solve for this issue.
