Bulk select, edit and delete for RAID items (similar to Deliverables)

The ability to bulk select and change RAID items in Concourse. Also to delete items.


Case: We had an issue with Concourse where 60 RAID items creates before integrating with Jira were not synced over. We had to duplicate these in Jira which created a new item in Concourse. After which we had to delete the original RAID items in Concourse one by one.
