Ability to add events to deliverables or tasks for detail view

Add the ability to move the "client events" function under client deliverables, internal deliverables, or tasks for tracking purposes. Add tracking at the event, task, and sub-task level to the Kanban board and Gantt chart views.

Add Event at task and sub task level

Events could occur at any level in the heirarchy, would be helpful to be able to convert tasks and sub-tasks to an event as well that can be nested under deliverables to maintain the correct project plan structure.
