Ability to drag and drop tags to change tag order

We are using tags extensively to keep our workspace organized. Because of space limitations, I can't see all of the tags on a work item when I am looking at my work items from the deliverables menu. It would be helpful if I could drag and drop the tags I want to show first (so they're visible to me in my deliverables menu view). Right now they default to show in the order you add them.
