The existing delivery maps in concourse are helpful for engagements that map to them directly, but that's not always the case; I think there should be a custom delivery map option that has the required deliverables for OFRO and other things, but it doesn't force you to add 200+ deliverables that won't be used.

100% agreed! Simply removing all of the unnecessary stuff can take a significant amount of time.
