Make it more clear to the end users that ALL members of the workspace engagement must take the power platform training and show a list of team members that have not yet done so. Currently if the primary use has completed the course, they will be able to click "Add" to provision the environment, but it will fail due to others not yet completing the training. A failed message pops up but it does not show why
users who have completed the training should be able to access Low Code Dev Suite module irrespective of other users completing the training or not. The check should be at a user level vs a workspace level
