Existing Tags show up in the cell as a drop down to select from

Currently, when you go to type in a Tag, it does not have a drop down list showing the ones that already exist. I would like when you click on the Tag cell to see a drop down of the tags that exist in that workspace today to pick existing ones. You have to guess the first letter to see any tags pop up. Asana has this tagging functionality for an example.
