Kan Ban Feature

It would be super helpful if the Kan Ban feature did not connect to the delivery map. Our team has used Microsoft Kan Ban as a daily / weekly planner. Therefore, it is too detailed for the delivery map, especially because it does not go down to the task or subtask level. Is there way to disconnect it from the delivery map? Or it would be helpful to create subtasks as cards that are not connected to the delivery map.
