Teams Approval integration to Concourse / SaveIT

To obtain partner / engagement lead approval on a deliverable, our team uses the approval app within teams to document review + signoff. Once the approval is granted, the team has to manually save the pdf of approval and add it to sharepoint. It would be helpful if there is a way for this functionality to exist within concourse delivery map (as a auto function) which can then automatically get uploaded to SaveIT
