Organize Files at a work item level (Deliverables level at a minimum)

As a Concourse user, I'd like to Organize Files at a work item level (Deliverables level at a minimum) to be more efficient. As an example, I'm working on a deliverable which has 23 files at the moment. Every time I'm on that deliverable, I need to scroll to find the right asset. With this list, sometimes, i'll need to click expand to see assets. It would be good to sort by user, date, and even better provide a search box - where typing starting letter of the file name will show associated files
