"Scroll to top" option to scroll to the top in the deliverables tab like in website. It can be displayed at the left side bottom of the page. Scrolling takes most of the time when we have multiple deliverables

I would like to set the default filter on my RAID log to All Status so that I can easily see if an item has previously been logged and closed. Right now the default filter is set to Not Started and In Progress.
