New Assets Proposal from PwC UK - Part 2: Best practices

Hi Team,

as a part of wider contribution from UK Team, we have received some set of assets that we believe should be added to PDM: 36 tech agnostic assets (templates, playbooks and guides) [newly branded and anonymized]. Suggested Mapping is provided as well.
